Hi, Your staff & service was great. Very friendly, helpful and the product arrived when they said it would. The only negative I see is that the pieces that I bought are rough and will require a lot of sanding. Is there an option to buy from Osbourne pre sanded bamboo stick material?

I have used Osborne Wood products for 3 projects, and it has been a delight each time. The selection, pricing, and delivery were all above expectations. I received a phone call the day after delivery to ensure that everything arrived in satisfactory condition - who does that any more?
Shape and finish of the legs is great but the color match of the pieces of white oak ain't too nice. Even after staining there is a stripey appearance. More care should be taken to glue up pieces that are similar in color.
Received package in timely manner with excellent follow through on the customer service side. Everything arrived and looks fantastic on my ambrosia maple slab coffee table.
