Your shipping department did an excellent job packaging the legs. I'm glad they did the outer cardboard was damaged in transit. The legs were fine when I opened the box. Your pictures on website don't do your product justice. The legs I ordered are beautiful. When I'm finished with the table I plan on ordering legs for a bench. The posts I ordered were knotty pine. The problem I had with them was that there were absolutely no knots in them. I needed them to show the knots to match the existing cabinets. But, I am stuck with them because the cost to return them would not be economical. I probably wouldn't order knotty pine posts from you again. ***,

The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.

Excellent customer service and beautiful wood products. They are very quick to ship and arrives nicely packaged. Upon arrival they followup to make sure i received my products and was satisfied. Can’t say enough positive about this company.

I was very impressed but how fast I received my product. I've been trying to avoid Amazon by shopping with smaller businesses and Prime can't beat Osborne shipping time. Nice variety of products also allowed me to find exactly what I needed. The shipping was a little pricey, but I didn't order much and I understand you don't have much control over that. Otherwise, I don't really have any areas of improvement. I expect to shop here in the future and recommend you to anyone working on projects like me!

I ordered a set of 4 kitchen table legs. I received them promptly and they where just what I needed.

Ordering was so easy and finalizing was perfect. Worked through some minor changes for the perfect base to an antique table we have as a coffee table. Looks as good as the original.

The spindles are flawless. The delivery service left the box in the rain without a bag on it. I left work to get it out of the rain before any damage could be done.

Everything was great except one of the the legs had a shallow socket for the skirt board to fit into. We just had to saw off a bit of the skirt board “peg” area. Sorry can’t remember proper names. Thanks!
