My experience was great. My original order was damaged in transit. The customer service person took all of my information and had another shipment sent. I had the new moulding in hand in two days. I will order from Osborne in the future.

Osborne made a custom dining room table leg to replace a broken one. The process of giving them the initial specifications, approval of the sketches provided, and final production and delivery of the new table leg took less than a week.

Ordering from the website was easy with a nice selection of legs to choose from. The legs I received were well made and perfect for my project. I had to return the first order because the legs I chose were too large for my table and they made the return very easy. Will definitely use them and highly recommend them to all!

Delivery was much faster than promised. Wood quality was very good. Appreciated the follow up with a phone call to make sure everything was acceptable and my orders have been relatively small. Only possible suggestion would be if the faux bamboo would have been sanded a little more - but understand some customers may want it slightly rough.

I called their number listed on the page, and in less than 5 minutes the lady on the phone completed my order, and sent confirmation. The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.

Very happy with everything. Someone is always there to answer questions, which is very hard to find with most companies. Quality products. Extremely pleased it is produced in the United States.

The person who helped me was very good and offered great service. I wanted 4 acrylic sofa legs and was told you only had 2 in stock based on the number I gave her. Once I scrolled down the page and saw the number for a set of 4 she checked and had four available. My fault for not being better prepared.

Everything was great except one of the the legs had a shallow socket for the skirt board to fit into. We just had to saw off a bit of the skirt board “peg” area. Sorry can’t remember proper names. Thanks!

The product I wanted had a long lead time but received the 4 wooded legs 3 weeks before originally date. Wooded legs were individually shrinked wrapped and well protected for shipping.
