The rating is for both the products (I buy inlay strips for various woodworking projects) and for the customer service Osborne. They are helpful when I'm placing an order and I always appreciate the follow-up call that they make to confirm that I'm happy with my products.

Customer service was very god and delivery was faster than expected.
Only problem is total cast, by the time you add duty, freight and taxes it very expensive. Eight table legs less than ***us cat me nearly ***. cad. I have ordered a catalogue and will see if there is anything else I could use

It was so easy to find the style of island legs that we wanted for our kitchen. The information and pictures available made it really easy to shop for the island legs. Osborne is one of the only suppliers I can find for small wood molding/trim. I use these a lot in my artwork. I wish shipping costs could be reduced because the shipping costs me almost as much as the product. But all wood trims are securely packaged and shipped quickly.
