I was very impressed but how fast I received my product. I've been trying to avoid Amazon by shopping with smaller businesses and Prime can't beat Osborne shipping time. Nice variety of products also allowed me to find exactly what I needed. The shipping was a little pricey, but I didn't order much and I understand you don't have much control over that. Otherwise, I don't really have any areas of improvement. I expect to shop here in the future and recommend you to anyone working on projects like me!

Maybe cheaper shipping options. Could not find one of these 3 items so ordered off Amazon to get free shipping, centering pins, leaf locks, levelers. Design and finish was outstanding. Instructions very good. Maybe have a selection of #10 cabinet screws you could order, had to use deck screws with washers to make it a cabinet type head.
The customer service from Osborne was above board. Their pricing was better than Amazon. They shipped immediately, I believe I received my order within 2 days. I would definitely give this company 5 stars!! The company even followed up with a phone call to make sure the quality of the product met my expectations - phenomenal :)

The customer service rep that I spoke to about changing the shipping date was a delight to work with. She went into the order and changed the shipping date for me (I was going to be out of town when the order should arrive) so that I would not have to cancel the order and then reorder. As always the Leg Kit arrived unscathed from shipping and ready for finishing and final assembly.
There was a glitch in the order in that the item ordered was out of stock. I was contacted and presented with the situation quickly and was given the time frame the situation would be corrected. I was delayed in may project but I could absorb the change. When another delay occurred I was again notified until the product was shipped. I was appreciative of the truthfulness of the business which allowed me to make decisions about project plans.
Ordering is easy and delivery is prompt. We are very satisfied with Osbourne's products.

I continue to order/purchase from Osborne due to the friendly and speedy service. Not so sure that I agree there should be a $40 charge for a CAD drawing that simply indicates measurement details. If the style ordered is completely custom, that would be more acceptable.

the item I received wasn't what I wanted. I called the customer service number and spoke to them about a return. They were very quick, and agreeable. I was able to complete the process in the matter of a couple of minutes. I am satisfied with the outcome of the entire process. Everyone was easy to deal with and very professional.
I am a relative newbie to wood working and will never have the tools to build stable completely on my own. The table base kits I have purchased have allowed me to build a beautiful table twice .
Everything about Osborne blew me away. This was my first purchase through them, and for some reason the website wouldn't accept my order. I called their number listed on the page, and in less than 5 minutes the lady on the phone completed my order, and sent confirmation. My table legs shipped the same day and I received the shipment 2 days later. Incredible customer service, and the quality is great. Highly recommend Osborne to anyone, I will be using them again!!
As usual, customer support was superb. I was disappointed in the color match of the table leg laminations. Osborne replaced them immediately and provided return shipping for me to send the original ones back.

Inherited a knotty pine kitchen table that we intend to use as an island. Needed taller legs to make that happen. Osborne had a great selection with different woods and prices. Was able to choose knotty pine legs in a much more modern style. Have not installed them yet but they are solidly made, no damages to the wood and they arrived very quickly.
I have bought items before from Osborne and was always very satisfied with both the service and the products. I would recommend them for any specialty wood product.
