Ordered the 2" rope molding to frame my 4X8 bathroom mirror. Appreciated the advice to finish immediately that was included. Whole process was easy and quick. Arrived within a couple days and the quality is excellent. Only issue is the shipping was extremely expensive as I ordered the 8 ft. piece. The shipping was 100.00. Insane as it was equal to my purchase price. Thinking there has got to be a method for cheaper packaging / shipping in 2024. :)

The customer support department is fantastic. They followed up with my order to make sure everything was okay. Unfortunately, I received a damaged product. They ensured me a replacement would be sent out right away. The way everything was handled was easy and stress free.

The website was very easy to use. My order was processed and shipped within a day! I received my order two days later. Everything was in excellent condition. The product was just as described and of very good quality. After my order arrived I received a call and email confirming that I received my order and that it was in perfect condition. Company called immediately after I ordered online to let me know my selection would be slightly delayed. We worked out an alternative selection that was in stock and it was promptly shipped. Cost on alternative was adjusted to the original pricing. Furniture feet arrived and are great. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

The spiral table legs look fantastic. Just wished they were packaged a little better. I’d suggest wrapping each leg individually to avoid dents and dings.

As usual, customer support was superb. I was disappointed in the color match of the table leg laminations. Osborne replaced them immediately and provided return shipping for me to send the original ones back.

Really nothing to improve here - I picked the product of my liking and ordered it. I received the product fast and it was exactly how it was described and, more important, exactly how I imagined it to be.
A small detail for improvement. I ordered the first time with Osborne and I could not create an user account during the order process - it would not accept my email address. I had to create an account first and then log in to order.

I bought 9 cherry legs and I wish the color of legs was more consistent. A few were all heartwood, several were a heartwood- sapwood blend and the rest mostly sapwood.

Excellent customer service and beautiful wood products. They are very quick to ship and arrives nicely packaged. Upon arrival they followup to make sure i received my products and was satisfied. Can’t say enough positive about this company.

The product was perfect and exactly as advertised. There was only one problem. The instructions told me to drill a whole at 3/4in but it was supposed to be 1/2in. It was a easy fix, and when I told the service rep when they reached out to me. They were so respectful and kind and took ownership of the instructions while I took ownership of not measuring the female Dowell. I would 10 out of 10 would recommend.

At this time everything went smooth and I do not see any areas that could use improvement
