My experience was great. My original order was damaged in transit. The customer service person took all of my information and had another shipment sent. I had the new moulding in hand in two days. I will order from Osborne in the future.

Everything about Osborne blew me away. This was my first purchase through them, and for some reason the website wouldn't accept my order. I called their number listed on the page, and in less than 5 minutes the lady on the phone completed my order, and sent confirmation. Too good to be true!

Osborne is one of the only suppliers I can find for small wood molding/trim. I use these a lot in my artwork. I wish shipping costs could be reduced because the shipping costs me almost as much as the product. But all wood trims are securely packaged and shipped quickly.

I work order parts for cabinets and tables from Osbourne often. I can find just the right pieces needed to complete a custom design. Great products, great service, and speedy shipping.
