First time I ordered black walnut base for a dining table, the quality of the base and the ease of assembly was great. 2nd order, table slides and alignment pins were exactly as advertised. I have nothing but praise for the products I have received from Osborn. Dont change a thing.

The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.
They carried a very hard to find trim piece that I needed. The price was good, and it shipped very quickly.

As usual, customer support was superb. I was disappointed in the color match of the table leg laminations. Osborne replaced them immediately and provided return shipping for me to send the original ones back.

Hi, Your staff & service was great. Very friendly, helpful and the product arrived when they said it would. The only negative I see is that the pieces that I bought are rough and will require a lot of sanding. Is there an option to buy from Osbourne pre sanded bamboo stick material?
