It was so easy to find the style of island legs that we wanted for our kitchen. The information and pictures available made it really easy to shop for the island legs. Shipping was fast and they arrived without any damage. They even followed up with a phone call after we received our package to make sure everything was good with our order. Osborne Wood is the best. They do quality work and their customer service is stellar. I could get products closer to me and avoid shipping charges but its worth it to me knowing Im going to always be happy with the product and their service!
The description of the table slides and which ones to order was accurate and helpful. The slides came quickly. The direction and set up was easy and the product worked great. Big upgrade for the dining table they were used on. The only complaint around the shop was that the slides were not solid maple, the were solid maple finger jointed together.
The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak its hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.
There is a wide variety of products. I've always received excellent customer service.

The product I wanted had a long lead time but received the 4 wooded legs 3 weeks before originally date. Wooded legs were individually shrinked wrapped and well protected for shipping.
Products always received on time and in great shape will continue to be used in the future.

The products were wonderful. The shipping was fast, and everything was delivered in excellence condition.
The customer service rep that I spoke to about changing the shipping date was a delight to work with. She went into the order and changed the shipping date for me (I was going to be out of town when the order should arrive) so that I would not have to cancel the order and then reorder. As always the Leg Kit arrived unscathed from shipping and ready for finishing and final assembly.

I bought 9 cherry legs and I wish the color of legs was more consistent. A few were all heartwood, several were a heartwood- sapwood blend and the rest mostly sapwood.
The ordered items were totally up to specs.Requested color matching was superb and delivery time was amazingly fast for a custom order.
Would definitely recommend your high quality products and excellent customer service! Would love it if you had retailer(s) in California though due to shipping costs.
