I had not been able to find this millwork anywhere else. It was exactly what I wanted. Process was easy. Payment simple. I was given email notifications on order and shipment status. All good. The description of the table slides and which ones to order was accurate and helpful. The slides came quickly. The direction and set up was easy and the product worked great. Big upgrade for the dining table they were used on. The only complaint around the shop was that the slides were not solid maple, the were solid maple finger jointed together.

The inlay banding I bought is very good quality and I would buy it again. However, I think the amount you charge for postage is not justified by the weight and size of the packaging.
Top to bottom, start to finish could not have been better
The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak its hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.
