the item I received wasn't what I wanted. I called the customer service number and spoke to them about a return. They were very quick, and agreeable. I was able to complete the process in the matter of a couple of minutes. I am satisfied with the outcome of the entire process. Everyone was easy to deal with and very professional.

It was so easy to find the style of island legs that we wanted for our kitchen. The information and pictures available made it really easy to shop for the island legs. Shipping was fast and they arrived without any damage. They even followed up with a phone call after we received our package to make sure everything was good with our order. The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak it’s hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.

I was very impressed but how fast I received my product. I've been trying to avoid Amazon by shopping with smaller businesses and Prime can't beat Osborne shipping time. Nice variety of products also allowed me to find exactly what I needed. The shipping was a little pricey, but I didn't order much and I understand you don't have much control over that. Otherwise, I don't really have any areas of improvement. I expect to shop here in the future and recommend you to anyone working on projects like me!

We have been buying table legs from Osborne for 10 years. Always high quality legs. The fast shipping is nice too.

Osborne is one of the only suppliers I can find for small wood molding/trim. I use these a lot in my artwork. I wish shipping costs could be reduced because the shipping costs me almost as much as the product. But all wood trims are securely packaged and shipped quickly.
