I was a bit surprised to find wood putty filler on the good side of the legs I ordered. That represents more of a challenge in getting a good final product to my customers and required more work on my part. But not enough to send the leg back for replacement.
Everything was great except one of the the legs had a shallow socket for the skirt board to fit into. We just had to saw off a bit of the skirt board peg area. Sorry cant remember proper names. Thanks!

She went into the order and changed the shipping date for me (I was going to be out of town when the order should arrive) so that I would not have to cancel the order and then reorder. I bought 9 cherry legs and I wish the color of legs was more consistent. A few were all heartwood, several were a heartwood- sapwood blend and the rest mostly sapwood.

Everything about Osborne blew me away. This was my first purchase through them, and for some reason the website wouldn't accept my order. I called their number listed on the page, and in less than 5 minutes the lady on the phone completed my order, and sent confirmation. My table legs shipped the same day and I received the shipment 2 days later. Incredible customer service, and the quality is great. Highly recommend Osborne to anyone, I will be using them again!!

Ordered the 2" rope molding to frame my 4X8 bathroom mirror. Appreciated the advice to finish immediately that was included. Whole process was easy and quick. Arrived within a couple days and the quality is excellent. Only issue is the shipping was extremely expensive as I ordered the 8 ft. piece. The shipping was 100.00. Insane as it was equal to my purchase price. Thinking there has got to be a method for cheaper packaging / shipping in 2024. :)
