Osborne Employees Recognized for 10 Year Anniversary
Two employees of Osborne Wood Products were recently recognized for completing 10 years of work with the company. This recognition followed an annual employee appreciation dinner which was held on June 1, 2023 at Asia House.
Leon Osborne presented personalized plaques to Russell Tucker and Blake Tudor on June 5, 2023 for their accomplishment.
Russell has been working in woodworking for around 25 years and started at Osborne back in March of 2013 as a lathe operator. He is now co-lead of the production department.
“In the past 10 years, I have enjoyed the best work environment I have ever worked in. I enjoy working with my hands and enjoy seeing a finished product,” said Russell. “I probably enjoy working on custom jobs more than anything.”
Blake began working at Osborne in 2012 as a lathe operator and is also now a co-lead of the production department.
“I challenged myself to learn as much as I could from the start and took the time to learn the softwares that are used for our work orders,” said Blake. “Over the years I have been a co-lead in both the shipping and production departments. I have really enjoyed being able to work with wonderful people. It’s been a great place to grow my career.”
